Alyssa is a Registered Dietitian and proud U.S. Army Veteran who is passionate about helping you fuel your body with confidence and clarity. She believes nutrition should support your energy, your goals, and the life you want to live without being overwhelming or overly restrictive.
Using evidence-based strategies, Alyssa helps you cut through diet trends and focus on what truly works for sustainable health. Her approach centers on meeting your goals, improving steady energy, and building a positive relationship with food.
Alyssa has experience in Clinical Nutrition, Performance Nutrition for Tactical Athletes, Personal training, Coaching, and Army Leadership. Her experiences have shaped a supportive and motivating style to empower clients to create lasting, meaningful change. She combines disease prevention with performance nutrition in real-world application, so you can feel at your best doing what you love the most.
Alyssa is a mom of two energetic boys, wife to a retired Army Veteran, and a recreational coach in the DuPont community. She enjoys taking cold plunges in the Puget Sound, going on adventures with her family and dog, and strolling local farmers markets.

Payment and Practice Model
We are currently a private-pay practice, allowing for longer appointments, personalized care plans and flexibility without waiting for referrals or insurance. Superbills are available for out-of-network reimbursement when requested.
